The firm is led by Mr. Nishchal Dolia, Founder and Managing Partner, who brings extensive cross‑border M&A experience from his previous role as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley London. He advised on major international mandates, including the privatization of Greek National Ports, Kuoni’s sale to EQT, Genesee & Wyoming’s acquisition of Freightliner, and the IPO of PKP Cargo. Mr. Dolia also serves on the boards of three Indian companies and maintains strong relationships across India’s premium business ecosystem, including UHNW clients and Tier‑1 advisors. Multilingual and culturally fluent, he supports global mandates with precision and operational rigor. He is a Gold Medalist from PSG Institute of Management and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
