Beautiful Helsinki was the setting for our latest ICFN Annual Summit on 7/8th June 2026. Members of the network from now eighteen countries met to exchange first-hand information on global M&A markets and discuss potential for cross-border transactions.
We were honoured to count on the valuable presentation by Mr. Nishchal Dolia, from Dolia Partners, on M&A markets in India. Discussions and presentations also included past practices, current applications and future opportunities in the use of AI for M&A, as well as general trends in M&A advisory.
