Michael Schuster has longstanding experience in the development and marketing of B2B software and in the realisation of Smart Production / IIoT concepts. He supports in the evaluation and development of business models in the B2B software sector both from a technological as well as from a market / sales perspective.

 

Michael Schuster was a shareholder and managing director of GIB GmbH in Siegen. GIB has a focus on Supply Chain Management and Big Data Management in a SAP environment. The company merged with a business focussed on ICT infrastructure solutions and was subsequently sold the international sensor group ifm Unternehmensgruppe. Following the transaction Michael Schuster became the CEO of a subsidiary focussing on the realisation of Smart Manufacturing / IIoT solutions.

From 2017 Michael Schuster was and is a member of the board (now Beirat) of ifm Solutions and is also a management consultant.
